A Battle of good and evil, can good really overcome it? Or is it just a web of magic?
In Magic moon the authors do just that. They make it all so vivid and believable that you feel like each part you experience yourself. Each time you think that there is nothing more to happen. Each siege of the enemy leaves them testing their strength and will to go further.
Each Peril they face seems to get more as the story progress. Each time their strength is tested they learn something about themselves and what they are capable of. They all start off as strangers but quickly grow to care and love the people who become their friends.
The plot line is strong and vivid; it’s weaved together like a well oiled machine. There are always different surprises along the way so that you are never bored. Each one a little stronger than the previous one. Making you feel what they feel, the stress the exhaustion, hunger, and the willingness to sacrifice it all to save something bigger than them. They prove that there is evil in everyone, it’s how you handle that makes you who you are. No one is perfect, nor is anyplace perfect. Being united together shows you how you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to. I will read this story over and over, and pass it on to people whom I know would enjoy it.
