Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be a crime scene analyst? Dusting for fingerprints. Collecting DNA samples. Then, using this information to catch a robber or killer.
Crime Scene: Dusting and DNA tells you what you’d need to do to become a dactylographer or DNA analyst. They also include interesting information, quizzes that you can take to see if you might like to be a crime scene analyst as a career, and interviews with real people who do these jobs.
The true crime scene stories are really interesting. I liked the one with the criminal who removes his fingerprints to outsmart the police and the one about how a partially eaten burger solves a crime. However, my favorite part of this book had to be the interactive exercises. It was really fun trying to match the partial prints to the fingerprints provided.
